Event - Belgian Airforce Days

As you might know: Sanicole 2022 was the first event I shot some airshow stills and it was while working at the Sony booth. Actually it was good fun, not só very different from the fast cars I shot over 15 years ago.. and the cameras have advanced quite a bit since then. Since the airshows in Limburg (BE) alternate between the airbases of Sanicole & Kleine-Brogel, this year we were invited to the military airbase of Kleine-Brogel with a booth during the Belgian Airforce Days. . . Quickly things got out of hand and entire

You might think you know the city center of Antwerpen (Antwerp) pretty well, but have you ever explored its underground labyrinth? Its the Underworld: De ruien in Antwerpen are the underground network of medieval canals throughout the eldest parts of the city that were  overarched during the centuries of early industrialisation and are now hidden deep underneath the old city. We visited them during All Hallow's Eve (Halloween) A short video on Clapper: The intrepid explorers If you feel brave: do it after it has rained for a few days so you can wade through the water.. and those lines next to the signs indicating the street or square overhead, are the hight of the water during some recent flash floods. Don't mind the rats, nor the slime, nor the other inhabitants of the Deep. The real enemy here is the humidity ranging between 90% - 95% that will rot everything away. . And don't get lost in the interlinked catacombs beneath the Carrolus Borromeus church, during qu
