Event - O-Parade Genk (2025)
Just a thursday afternoon. 28° Celcius. A magnificent blue sky with a burning sun. Delicious white wine. Music and DJ's on almost every corner of the streets. 120.000 people in the streets. 50.000 of those wanting to witness the magic of the O-Parade.
This must be Genk on May 1st.. national labour day.. and a national holiday in Belgium so we all refuse to work. (Sorry Dutchies but that's how it's done!)
And magic there was in the streets. A dragonrider, robots, dire wolves, steampunks, creatures that make you look twice,.. you'd better check the gallery below to see them all. It was epic!
